SuDotKu — Terms of Use

1. About SuDotKu

These Terms of Use govern your use of the SuDotKu mobile application (“SuDotKu” or “the App”), provided by Ober Games (“we”, “us” or “our”). By downloading or using SuDotKu, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

SuDotKu is provided for personal entertainment and gameplay. You agree not to misuse or interfere with the App, attempt unauthorised access, modify or redistribute it except where permitted by applicable law, or use it in a way that could damage, disable or impair its operation.

3. Premium Features and Purchases

SuDotKu may offer optional paid digital features, including Premium access and Validation Tokens. Purchases made through the Google Play version of SuDotKu are processed using Google Play’s billing system. The availability, price and description of purchases are shown in the App or Google Play at the time of purchase.

Premium access may include access to 16×16 and 25×25 puzzles, removal of advertising and access to additional statistics. Where supported, purchases may be restored through the App using the purchase platform’s restoration facilities.

4. Advertising

The free version of SuDotKu may display advertising. Advertising may be provided by third-party advertising services. Advertising is not displayed when Premium access has been activated. Advertising and related privacy choices are subject to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the consent choices made by the user.

5. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify or improve SuDotKu from time to time. Features, puzzle sizes, pricing and other aspects of the App may therefore change. We may temporarily suspend access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

6. Intellectual Property

SuDotKu, including its software, design, artwork, graphics, text, branding and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Ober Games and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimer

SuDotKu is provided for entertainment purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no guarantee that the App will always operate without interruption or error, or that it will be compatible with every device or operating system.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ober Games will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of SuDotKu. Nothing in these Terms of Use limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Privacy

Your use of SuDotKu is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information associated with your use of the App is handled.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use when necessary. The latest version will be made available within the App and on this website. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
